You are met on arrival, at either London's Heathrow or Gatwick Airports. At Heathrow, you are escorted to your 14-seat, air-conditioned minibus and transferred to central London, sharing the minibus with other passengers. At Gatwick, the service operates in 2 stages: on arrival, you are met and escorted to your own carriage on the Gatwick Express and travel in air-conditioned comfort to Victoria Station, where you are assisted with your luggage and escorted to the minibus for transfer to your hotel.
